Spring/Summer 2021 Trends to Start Thrifting
So let me tell you why it’s important to shop for what you like. In doing my research for this article it was interesting to see what was different and what was the same on the list of trends from Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, and Marie Claire. Nevertheless I will be sharing some of the ones I will participate in and ones that I will be skipping, lol.
Spring/Summer 2021 Trends I Can Get With
#1 Black and white
I think black and white is so classic and chic! It’s a timeless color block situation that is often a go to! But the people are saying it’s a trend so, get into it, lol!

#2 Floaty Maxi Dresses
Given COVID appears to be sticking around, I guess I can look forward to trading my sweatpants for floaty maxi dresses 🥴 I mean it seams simple enough for me. Not to mention I think they are an easy way to look chic and effortless 💃🏾

#3 Luxe Athleisure (this was on all 3 trend list)
Now again, this is what I consider to be Street Wear and always “on trend,” but again the people are saying if you have never, THE TIME IS NOW! But as for me, I will always be about an elevated sweatpants, jogger, and sweatshirt!

#4 Tie Dye

#5 Wide Leg Pants (another one on multiple list)
Wide leg pants will apparently be a trend and particularly jeans. We aren’t talking flare leg pants, we are talking full on wide leg from the top to the bottom. Call it quarantine weight, but I am looking forward to a more relaxed fit jean 🤷🏾♀️
