CreaTiff Expressions LLC will accept your return of unworn, unwashed and defective merchandise by mail. Merchandise marked as final sale may not be returned or exchanged. Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. If approved, we will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30-days of the purchase for the price paid in its original form of payment. Damaged products or products purchased beyond 30 business days are not eligible for refund. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article for the same article, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and post your article(s) to: 2604 Mapleton Avenue Norfolk, VA 23504.
To return your product, please email it to the following address: 2604 Mapleton Avenue Norfolk, VA 23504 with your contact details and reasons for your return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your article, unless the article is defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an article over $50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned article.
