As I embark on my Wellness Journey and healing from the inside out, I am putting forth my best efforts to be mindful of what I put inside my body, as well as, products that I use on the outside of my body. Wellness is being physically, mentally and socially well. Recently I tried Ancient Cosmetics Dry Skin Double Butter. This is a whipped Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter Body Butter. It is made of three simple ingredients; Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, and Coconut Oil.

Vegan=minimalistic and less waste! It has an ever so soft natural scent of cocoa. I personally use the product fresh out of the shower as my daily body moisturizer.
